The short version: the game itself collects nothing. It has no accounts, no server and no analytics. The only third parties that see anything are Google AdMob, which serves the ads, and Google Play, which takes the payment if you buy the one optional unlock.
VoxKart: Combat Circuit is made by Visionary Gaming Studio, an independent developer. For any privacy question, including a request from a parent or guardian, write to visionarygamingstudio@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the limited processing described below.
Your progress — cars owned, credits, upgrades, liveries, settings, lap times and which terms version you accepted — is written to the device's own local storage. It never leaves the phone. There is no account and no cloud save, which has one consequence worth stating plainly: uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, erases your progress permanently.
The Android build shows ads through Google AdMob. We do not receive or store any of this data ourselves, but AdMob's SDK runs inside the app and processes:
This is shared with Google and, depending on your consent, its advertising partners. Google's own handling is described in its Privacy Policy and in how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
Your controls. You can reset or delete the advertising ID at any time in Android Settings › Privacy › Ads, which also lets you opt out of ad personalisation. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland you are asked separately for ad privacy choices before any ad loads, through Google's own consent tool, and you can reopen those choices from the game's Settings screen. Buying VoxKart Pro removes ads entirely.
VoxKart Pro is a single, one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. The game never sees your card, name or billing address — it receives only a yes-or-no answer about whether the purchase exists on your Google account. Google Play shows the price in your own currency with local tax included, and handles refunds; see Terms for how to request one.
If you send a report from inside the game, it is composed in your own mail app and only leaves the device when you press send. You see the whole message first, including the technical block. It contains your device model, graphics driver, frame-time figures and the game's recent state — no personal information, and nothing is transmitted in the background.
There are none. The game contains no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no telemetry of its own. We learn what is broken when somebody tells us.
VoxKart is not directed at children under 13, but we know a voxel racing game attracts younger players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information through the ad SDK, write to visionarygamingstudio@gmail.com and we will help you route the request to Google, who hold it.
Under the GDPR (EEA/UK) and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. Because we hold no accounts and no personal data on any server of ours, most of these are exercised directly on your device:
California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information. Sharing an advertising identifier with an ad network may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA; opting out of ad personalisation in Android Settings, or buying Pro, stops it.
If this policy changes materially, the in-app notice is versioned and you will be asked to read it again the next time you open the game.
