We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play VoxKart: Combat Circuit on devices you control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or ship a modified build. The game and its art, code, music and name remain ours.
VoxKart Pro is a single, one-time purchase — not a subscription, and nothing recurs. It grants:
It does not cover future stand-alone add-on packs, if any are ever released. We say that now so the word "all" cannot later be read as a promise we did not make.
The purchase is tied to your Google account, not to the handset. Reinstall the game or sign in on another Android device and it restores itself; there is also a manual Restore purchase button in the Pro screen.
Google Play processes the payment and displays the price in your local currency with applicable tax included. We never see your payment details.
Refunds are handled by Google. Requests made within 48 hours of purchase can be submitted directly through your Google Play order history. After that window, contact us at visionarygamingstudio@gmail.com and we will consider it.
EEA and UK customers. You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Because VoxKart Pro is delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins, and Google's checkout asks you to acknowledge this. Your statutory rights where the product is faulty are unaffected.
Credits are earned by racing, and optionally by watching rewarded ads. They are not currency, cannot be bought, have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts or devices, and are not refundable. They exist only inside the game on your device.
The Android build shows ads. Rewarded ads are always your choice — you tap to watch one and receive the reward. One interstitial may appear after a race, on the way back to the garage, never during play or on launch. What the ad network sees is described in the Privacy Policy.
Progress is stored on your device only. Uninstalling, clearing app data or resetting the phone erases it, and we cannot restore it — there is no copy anywhere else. Purchases are the exception: those come back from Google.
Do not attempt to tamper with the game to fabricate purchases, defraud the ad network, or attack any service it talks to. We may stop supporting a build that has been modified.
The game is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will run on every device. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost save data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights stand.
If these terms change materially, the in-app notice is versioned and you will be asked to read it again the next time you open the game.
